Juelz Santana Sentenced To Two Years Probation For Threatening Neighbor

Rapper Juelz Santana has been sentenced to two years probation for threatening his neighbor.
According to Cliff View Pilot, his neighbor, whose name has not been released, initially intervened when Santana was beating his girlfriend and phoned the police in Englewood, New Jersey. He claims that Santana has since "threatened me with death" and was going to "kill me," causing "problems in my marriage [and] my personal life. ... I had to move out of fear. I pay more rent now. I've been having problems with my wife."

The Dipset member, who appeared in court yesterday and said nothing to the judge, dodged a prison sentence by entering a plea deal that "substantially" reduced possible penalties. The plea deal stemmed from three charges, two of which involve assaults. "One is an allegation against his girlfriend, the mother of his children," said Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor Jessica Gomperts.
"The second was an innocent bystander who intervened when [Santana] assaulted her."

Santana only pleaded guilty to a single third-degree count of threatening the neighbor, who Gomberts says was "terrorized." The rapper was allowed to keep his driver's license because he needs it for work. “Probation would be a positive factor for the defendant,” said Superior Court Judge James Guida, “and incarceration an excessive hardship.”

Witnesses Say Chris Brown Started the Fight

 

There are different stories coming out about the Chris Brown and Frank Ocean got into a fistfight at an LA recording studio. Well witnesses say it was Chris Brown who threw the first punch. According to these "witnesses" it all started because Frank Ocean refused to shake Chris Brown's hand.

Apparently Frank and Chris came face to face in the parking lot of Westlake Recording Studios and Chris extended his hand to Frank for a shake. Instead of taking his hand Frank laughed in Chris' face and Chris sucker punched him. The situation turned into an all out brawl between their two posses, demolishing the Westlake lobby. 911 was called and Chris, who is still on probation for attacking Rihanna, hauled ass before police arrived.

Former NFL Player Faces Jail Time Over Brawl with Ex- Boyfriend

Kwame Harris, a former football player for the San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders, appeared in court on Monday following a bizarre brawl his ex-boyfriend alleges him of initiating.

The incident happened in August in a Menlo Park, Calif. restaurant where Harris and Dimitri Geier were dining. The two weren’t dating at the time, but did previously. At the restaurant, Geier poured soy sauce on some white rice, which he claims started a fight between the two. Geier says Harris left the restaurant after seven minutes of arguing, but later returned and said he was throwing Geier’s belongings out of his car. Geier went to retrieve his things and claims Harris began shoving him inside the restaurant and attempting to pull his pants down because he believed Geier stole his underwear. The scuffle continued outside where Harris allegedly punched Geier and broke several bones in his face.

If convicted, Harris could face seven years in jail. Geier also slapped Harris with a civil suit.
Harris was an offensive tackle for the 49ers, now heading to the Super Bowl, from 2003 to 2007, and joined the Oakland Raiders for a year in 2008.

“I’m going to be in the musical Fela!” she recently told WRUG Media in an interview. “I hate to disappoint the people and tell them that it’s not true.”

Tabloid reports surfaced last week claiming Michelle and Kelly Rowland would join Beyoncé on stage at the New Orleans’ Superdome Feb. 3 to perform a medley of their greatest hits, but Williams insists that’s just not the case.

“I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry,” Williams said. “But we did record a song with each other before the holidays.”

Kris Humphries Takes Blood Tests To Prove He Is STD Free

Kris Humphries, has slammed the outrageous claim that he gave a woman herpes, proving his innocence by undergoing and passing blood tests for every single STD known to man…

As we previously reported, Kayla Goldberg filed a lawsuit against the NBA star, accusing him of giving her herpes.

Humphries vehemently denied the accusation, and in a bid to put an end to the matter once and for all, submitted to a plethora of tests – the results of which came back negative, clearing Kris, 27, of herpes, AIDS, and any other STD.

“Kris knew there was no way he gave Kayla herpes, so he took a blood test to prove it,” a source tells RadarOnline.com. “The results, filed as part of Kris’ response to the lawsuit Kayla filed against him are under seal, but he was found negative for herpes, AIDS, or any other sexually transmitted disease.

“Now, he just wants to clear his name and get on with his life – sexually disease-free.”
As RadarOnline.com reported, during a recent hearing in the proceedings, Humphries’ lawyer told Judge Ronald Sohigian that his client planned on filing a counterclaim against Goldberg, and he denied having the herpes virus. 

In the lawsuit, Goldberg claims she had unprotected sex with Humphries in his hotel room.“Once Kayla Goldberg and Kris Humphries arrived at his hotel room they had sexual intercourse more than once, becoming intimate partners,” the court documents state.Goldberg claims she was “free of any venereal diseases at the time she commenced her intimate relationship with Kris Humphries…Goldberg developed symptoms of herpes about or around four to five days after the first sexual encounter with Humphries,” the court docs reveal.

Humphries has formally asked for the lawsuit to be dismissed.

According to reports around 5am Rick Ross and a female companion were leaving a party on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale when a car pulled up along side Rick's dark colored Rolls and opened fire.

Rick swerved to avoid being hit and crashed into an apartment building at SE 15 Avenue.Neither Rick nor his passenger were hit. The story is still developing.

Bunny Wailer an original member of Bob Marley and the Wailers tells says he's heated about the docu-film "Reincarnated" ... which documented Snoop's immersion in the Rasta culture as he recorded his first reggae album in Jamaica last year.

Wailer claims Snoop has engaged in "outright fraudulent use of Rastafari Community's personalities and symbolism" -- and has failed to meet "contractual, moral and verbal commitments."
And it's not just Bunny who feels burned leaders of something called the Ethio-Africa Diaspora Union Millennium Council (aka Rastafari Millennium Council) fired off a 7-page demand letter to Snoop.

Is There a Mobb Deep Reunion?

There has been some talk recently of a Mobb Deep reunion, but, I am hearing that is a bit premature. I’m hearing there is nothing even close to a Mobb Deep reunion on the way. This talk all started with a recent interview from Prodigy where he ran down what was going on with him and the future. But then, there is supposedly a reunion concert set for 2013 via Guerrilla Union.
In an interview, he says:

“Yeah, I’m sure about that. I love Mobb Deep. Mobb Deep made my life what it is. Havoc feels the same way, so we’ll be right back to work. For right now, he’s doing his thing and I’m doing my thing. Jamie’s 74-year-old father is said to be devastated because the Oscar-winning actor has repeatedly rebuffed efforts to patch up the feud. “We’ve called Jamie several times over the years and left hundreds of messages,” the actor’s stepmother Hellema Abdullah told The ENQUIRER.

“But he has never returned our calls. Now his father is sick with severe scar tissue on his lungs and has to be on oxygen every day. I just wish Jamie would call.”

“Jamie had kept in periodic contact with his father because his grandmother who raised him had encouraged it,” revealed an insider. “But he hasn’t spoken to him since his grandmother died in 2004. Jamie doesn’t plan on calling Shaheed anytime soon. He’s getting revenge by abandoning his father, much like his dad did to him years ago.”

But Hellema insists Shaheed was good to Jamie when he was younger and is baffled why he is still holding a grudge against his dad while helping out his mother Louise.

“His father is going to get worse,” she said, “and Jamie doesn’t care.”

Drake is the biggest Jewish rapper in hip-hop, but it looks like Funnyman Jerry Seinfeld is trying to throw his name in the ring with the help of MMG artist Wale.

Jerry Seinfeld wants to be master of a new domain: rapping. The comedian is currently working on an album with hip hop star Wale.
Wale already released a Seinfeld-themed concept album, “The Mixtape About Nothing,” back in 2008, but now he’s finally connected with the funnyman himself.
“Wale called me, he came to my show, we hung out a little bit,” Seinfeld said in a video posted by DJ Omega on Youtube. “He wanted me to do something with him. I didn’t understand it, but he did.”
Seinfeld’s wife Jessica, a Wale fan, also encouraged the project. “We’re living together, she’s into him, he’s into me, and I didn’t know about the whole thing,” he said.
The duo have since spent time in a Philadelphia recording studio, but there’s still no word on when fans can expect the tracks to drop.

Sounds like Seinfeld isn’t too enthused about this.

For months there had been rumors that Nicci Gilbert was not being asked back for a second season of R&B Divas. Well, R&B Divas just got the green light for a second season with the original cast intact.

Coming off an explosive 2012 summer season as TV One's most watched reality series, R&B Divas has been renewed by the network for a second season and begins production in Atlanta this month.The show, which followed Faith Evans, Nicci Gilbert-Daniels, Monifah Carter, Syleena Johnson and Keke Wyatt working together to produce a compilation album, will return featuring the original cast in spring 2013 with an eight-episode order.
Based on its success with the format, TV One will spin-off a second series, R&B Divas: LA (working title), which will follow the lives and careers of five yet-to-be-named Los Angeles based R&B performers with an eight-episode order slated for Q3 2013.

According to Miss Jia, the IRS has filed a tax lien against former Atlanta housewife, Sheree Whitfield.
According to a multiple listing service, Whitfield paid $319k for the property on Lake Forrest Dr in north Atlanta, near Chastain Park in January 2011. Whitfield began building her dream home — dubbed ‘Chateau Sheree’ — in the Spring of 2011. But the home sat for long periods untouched as construction stalled due to financial issues, according to Straightfromthea.com.

Rapper A$AP Rocky’s full-length album Long.Live.A$AP is the #1 album in the country today (January 23).

According to Neilsen SoundScan, A$AP Rocky’s debut album moved 139,000 copies in its first week in the stores, easily besting the closest competitor, which was children’s album Kidz Bop 23.
Kidz Bop 23 managed to sell 78,000 copies during its first week out, earning the #2 position.
Billboard reports that A$AP Rocky’s Long.Live.A$AP is the first debut album to top the charts in over a year.

2 Chainz accomplished the feat in September 2012 with his debut album Based on a True Story, although even had made the charts as Titi Boy in the group Playaz Circle.

Police Swarm Chris Brown's House as a Result of a Prank

Cops raced to Chris Brown's Hollywood Hills home Monday afternoon ... after someone called 911 and reported a domestic incident involving a gun, but we're told it was all a prank.
Law enforcement sources say that the caller claimed a mother and father were in a fight and the father went to another room in the house to get a gun. At that point the caller hung up, never mentioning it was Chris Brown's house. When cops arrived there was no evidence of a gunman or for that matter any dispute.

Chris was NOT home at the time. This is the latest in a string of swatting incidents involving celebs, the most recent being last Friday when someone falsely reported a man with a gun in the home of Kris and Bruce Jenner. LAPD law enforcement sources say they are determined to catch the culprits.

Kanye’s been a good sport with despite the NBA baller’s attempts to hurt his baby mama with divorce drama, but after the Nets star got a lil too big for his britches following the Nets 88-85 win over the Knicks, J.R. Smith made sure to put him back in his place.

Chief Keef Sued for Child Support

17-year-old Chicago rapper Chief Keef is already getting a head start on his baby mama drama after he allegedly impregnated a girl who's still in Middle School and now, she's suing for child support. The girl filed the petition for child support in Chicago, claiming Keef, whose real name is Keith Cozart fathered a baby daughter with her back in 2011.
The girl's exact age is unclear, but according to the docs, she currently attends a Chicago middle school meaning she was .. at most ... in 8th grade when she conceived the child, but could have been in 6th grade. Chief Keith who has since worked with Kanye West, Young Jeezy, and Rick Ross was 15 at the time.

In Illinois, it is considered a misdemeanor for two people under the age of 17 to have sex ... even if they're in a consensual relationship. When both parties are between 9 and 17 years old, the older person commits a crime called "criminal sexual abuse." Punishment for the crime includes a max sentence of one year in jail ... and a requirement to register as a sex offender for ten years -- but in reality, these cases are almost never prosecuted.

The most likely scenario in which Keef would face a judge is if the girl's parents press charges, but if that hasn't already happened, it probably won't. The girl is suing Keef for an undisclosed amount of child support, including health insurance and other medical expenses. Calls to both Keef's people and the girl's family were not returned.

Keef's no stranger to legal problems, he was just sentenced to 60 days in juvey for violating his probation on a gun charge.

Allen Iverson and Tawanna Settle for $3 Million

Former NBA star Allen Iverson finally struck a deal in his bitter divorce battle with his estranged wife and all it took was a cool $3 Million to bury the hatchet. We're told Iverson and Tawanna, who married way back in 2001, informed a judge last week they had reached a financial settlement outside of court in their ongoing divorce case ... just days before the two were set to go to trial.
As part of the deal, the NBA legend agreed to pay Tawanna $3 million, paid out as a large lump sum. We're told Iverson also agreed to fork over various assets and a percentage of his future Reebok endorsement deal checks. He'll pay up child support payments for the duo's five kids. The settlement comes after a brutal year-long fight between the former lovers which included allegations of infidelity, hiding money, and petitions for restraining orders.

New reports suggest Greg Leakes decided to re-marry Real Housewives of Atlanta's NeNe Leakes for one reason and one reason only. According to Wendyista via Star Magazine, Gregg is hard up for cash and is after NeNe's money!

"There's no way he can cover his debts, so he's after NeNe again, even though he secretly can't stand her," a source close the situation tells The Star.

Guerrilla Black Arrested in Credit Card Scam

Los Angeles rapper Guerrilla Black is back behind bars, after being arrested for his role in another credit card scam yesterday (January 16).

Guerrilla Black, born Charles Tony Williamson, was arrested by Manhattan Beach Police, for his role in a credit card operation that was earning him more than $20,000 per month.
According to Manhattan Beach Police, the rapper and five other people were arrested for their roles in the criminal operation, which used stolen information to manufacture phony credit cards.
Seven search warrants were executed throughout Los Angeles County to dismantle the criminal enterprise, which was investigated by the United States Secret Service Department, along with the Manhattan Beach Police Department.

In July, Guerilla Black was arrested and charged with numerous counts of identity theft and fraud, for his role in an illegal credit card manufacturing ring that operated out of Seattle, Washington.
According to police, a number of banks in the United States suffered heavy losses due to the ring, since authorities believe the actual amount each individual was earning was well over the $20,000 per month that has been reported.

Banks in the United States that were targeted included Chase, Citibank, Bank of America, Capitol One and American Express, while international financial institutions in England, Switzerland, Nigeria, Mexico, Italy, Canada, Australia, Sweden, France, Norway, Ireland, Russia, Denmark and Germany suffered losses.

Guerrilla Black the others arrested could face new charges for Bank Fraud, Aggravated Identity Theft and Fraud in Connection with Computers, Access Device Fraud, Use of Stolen Credit Card Accounts, Receiving Stolen Property and Conspiracy.

Karrine 'Superhead' Steffans is claiming that she slept with Drake while pregnant with Lil Wayne's baby. The whole time she was married to someone else at the time.
Here's an exerpt of what she wrote in her new book:

I walked into his tour bus, determined to leave him. I’d found out about the baby.
His baby.
Sickened, I fell into his arms, tears streaming down my face and onto his shirt.
I needed him, still.
But I couldn’t stay and watch him give someone else everything I wanted. He kissed me and ran his hand under my skirt.
He told me he loved me.
I told him I loved him but it was over.
Then, I turned and ran off the bus and into the arms of one of the closest people to him.
And he would never forgive me.

Chief Keef Jailed on Probation Violation

17-year-old rapper Chief Keef is currently in custody for a parole violation. Chief Keef is locked up in Chicago after violating probation stemming from a January 2012 case...where he pointed a gun at a cop.
The "I Don't Like" rapper previously received 18 months probation and was ordered to stay away from firearms....but that didn't happen. Last June, the rapper was seen visiting a gun range in NYC in a promotional video that has since been removed from Pitchfork.com.

Andre 3000 Kills Rumors of Outkast Reunion

Rumors of an impending Outkast reunion have gotten louder this past week, when on January 12th, Frank Ocean released a remixed single entitled “Pink Matter” featuring guest verses from Andre 3000 and Big Boi. Fans of the former duo quickly became excited at the prospect of seeing – and hearing – the two of them back together.
But those hopes were dashed with a single statement from Andre 3000, who has always been more than a little reluctant at the thought of getting back together with his old partner in rhyme.
He told Spin

“I never want to mislead our audience – I worried that some would think these were Outkast collaborations, these songs are not Outkast collaborations.”

The message also states that Big Boi’s verse was an after thought and Dre was completely , “surprised to read about these remixes.” For his part, Big Boi has so far kept quite on the situation, choosing instead to use his Twitter account to promote his performance, alongside Indie pop duo, Phantogram, on the ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live Show’ last night.

Last week Love and Hip Hop New York cast member Yandy Harris' reality got a little too real when jury selection began for her baby daddy Mendeecees' trial for child molestation.Have the nasty accusations gotten Yandy and Mendeecees kicked off the show?
According to Diary of a Hollywood Street King Love and Hip Hop producers were blindsided by Mendeecees scandal and have been working overtime editing Yandy and Mendeecees out of the broadcast.

New Music: Frank Ocean Featuring Outkast - Pink Matter

 

We reported the pseudo Outkast reunion a while ago, well now the song “Pink Matter” that features Andre 3000 and subtly glorifies the female’s reproductive organ has emerged with Big Boi, which makes it an unofficial Outkast reunion. It is the first time that Andre 3000 and Big Boi have appeared on a track together in six years.  

Katt Stacks to Write a Tell-All Book

We hear that Katt Stacks is writing a tell all book. The word on the street is that thebook that will put a lot of these rappers on blast in the same fashion that Karrine “Superhead” Steffans did a few decades ago. I guess we all know about Lil Wayne and Soulja Boy wonder who else is in the book.

Shaq and Hoopz are Back Together

Shaquille O’Neal and Nicole ‘Hoopz’ Alexander announced their break-up last summer, but by the looks of things the two have reunited on the down low. The happy couple was spotted at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas last weekend playing hoops and signing basketballs for kids as part of volunteer work with the Paradise Children’s Foundation.
While apart, Hoopz has been keeping herself busy by with the launch of a new personal training website. You can get trained by Hoopz from the comfort of your home for just 19 bucks a month. She’s also a distributor of Advocare health products and she has created a web series surrounding her life titled “Hoopz Diary.”

Rich Dollaz Arrested in Memphis

Love and Hip Hop New York star Rich Dollaz was arrested in Memphis for refusing to take a DNA test. Apparently an there's an alleged baby mama out there who's been trying to force Rich to take a DNA to prove paternity of her child, but despite a court order Rich has refused.

Sources tell Mouth to Ears Rich was traveling in Memphis using a fake name when he got picked up. We wonder if Comedian Sinbad had to take a paternity test for Rich cause they look eerily similar.

Nicki's Wig Maker Quits

If Nicki Minaj begins to look shockingly normal over the next few weeks, it's because her chief wig maker jumped ship. Apparently this is some kind of big deal because there's a press release about it.
Nicki's former wig guy Terrence Davidson writes,

“I would like to inform the media and supporters that I’ve decided to step away as hair stylist and wig creator for Nicki Minaj. It has been an amazing experience offering me a chance to express my creativity and exhibit my love for the art form of wig design. I have decided to part ways from Nicki Minaj because I would like to explore other opportunities within my own brand and reenergize my creativity...”
