Oprah Sued for Discrimination

Oprah Winfrey is being sued for discrimination by an employee who claims she was fired after she became pregnant. Carolyn Hommel was hired as senior director of scheduling and acquisitions at Oprah's OWN Network in 2010.

Now Carolyn is suing Oprah for unnamed damages claiming she was slowly phased out and eventually fired one month after returning from medical leave. Carolyn believes her dismissal was a direct result of her becoming pregnant.

Stephon Marbury's wife Tasha, who happens to be the newest addition to Basketball Wives, has filed a police report because a woman claiming to be her husband's lover has been harassing her online.

Tasha -- who's married to former NBA star Stephon Marbury -- filed the report with the Harrison P.D. in NY on January 31 against a woman going by the name of Monet Merchand.

Tasha claims Merchand has been negatively blogging and tweeting about her. Tasha claims Merchand is harassing her non-stop on social media ... tweeting things like "@TashaMarbury is an insecure hoe" and "You are less 'worth' than a burnt out light bulb & you will forever live in shame."

Merchand has made claims on social media that she had an affair with Stephon, but sources tell us Stephon claims to have NEVER met Merchand.

Cops confirmed to TMZ they are currently investigating the situation.

Allen Iverson Loses His Home to Foreclosure

Former NBA star Allen Iverson is learning this fact the hard way – his home in Atlanta has just been sold in a foreclosure auction.

The foreclosure process started a few months ago when Iverson’s bank alleged that he defaulted on his $1.2 million mortgage. Iverson attempted to stop the process by suing the bank – claiming that he never consented to the loan! A.I. alleged that the mortgage was a setup orchestrated by his estranged ex-wife Tawanna - who intentionally signed the house right out from under him by agreeing to financial terms she knew he couldn’t meet!

Although Iverson’s lawsuit stalled the process, ultimately it didn’t work. Sources close to the sale say that the bank purchased A.I.’s home yesterday for $2.5 million (it’s worth $4.5 million).

Divorce Drama Causing Kim K Stress on Unborn Baby

Kim Kardashian’s divorce drama with estranged husband Kris Humphris may be putting her unborn baby at risk!

According to Kardashian’s doctor, the divorce-related stress that she’s been under lately is definitely harmful to her pregnancy. Sources say that Kardashian has been experiencing severe pains, and finally called her doctor in the middle of the night for a house call.

The doctor came and examined her – and then told her that her pains were all caused by stress!
Sources close to Kardashian say that her divorce is the only significant source of stress in her life – and that her pains came back the next morning right before her meeting with her divorce lawyer.

Kardashian’s doctor has warned her that if she doesn’t get a hold on her stress soon, there could be “long-term effects” on her baby.

Let it go Kim, and leave the spazzing out to your boyfriend Kanye! It’s not worth your baby’s health!

Lord Jamar of the famed group Brand Nubian has released a scathing diss of Kanye, calling him the architect of Queer Rap. The fact of the matter is, Kanye has pushed the envelope in fashion. But, more significantly, he’s influenced the kid rappers coming up in their decisions.

Will Explains Why Willow Dropped Out of Annie

Last week it was announced that Willow Smith was no longer attached to the Annie remake being produced by her father Will Smith and Jay Z. Over the weekend Will explained why Willow dropped out.
While promoting Sister Soulja's new book 'A Deeper Love Inside: The Porsche Santiaga Story' at Temple University, Will explained,

"In the past eighteen months, I have spent a lot of time focusing on the emotional aspect of my life and my family. In 2010, in one year, our family had the “Karate Kid”, we had “Whip my Hair”, we had Hawthorne, and at the end of the year, we did the Nobel Concert when Barack Obama won his Nobel Peace Prize.
